Facility Manager (Store Operations)

In order to manage site-based facility management services to ensure a sustainable, safe, clean and functional environment for co-workers, visitors and customers of the store, we are looking for Facility Manager. This position will report to our Store Operations Manager.

Kualifikasi

  1. Academic degree/professional qualification in Facilities Management preferred.
  2. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a multi-service facilities management organization, preferably in high-volume retail sector.
  3. Demonstrable experience managing operational budgets.
  4. Experience in sustainability and the environment from the perspective of facility management is essential.
  5. Experience in site-based contract negotiations with suppliers and contractors.
  6. Mechanical and technical knowledge, and practical experience, in all facility systems; including electrical and lighting, mechanical and HVAC, structural, site, building automation and energy management.
  7. Knowledge of national and local legal for building/facility requirements.
  8. Ability to prioritize and organize own work in alignment with agreed building facility priorities.
  9. Ability to ensure the integrity of safety and security systems, guidelines and documentation.
